Built by Golfers, for Golfers
We got sick of spreadsheets and complicated club systems. So we built something better.

Our Story
It started with a group of mates who just wanted to run a regular comp without the hassle. You know the drill – someone volunteers to organise, ends up wrestling with spreadsheets, chasing scores, and manually calculating handicaps. By the third week, everyone's forgotten whose turn it is to bring the trophy.
The alternatives weren't much better. Club systems are built for formal comps with tee times and membership fees. Great if you've got all that sorted, but overkill when you just want to play a casual round with the crew and keep a running leaderboard.
So we built The Nineteenth – named after the best hole on any course (the bar, obviously). It's everything you need to run a social golf comp, and nothing you don't.

Our Mission
Make competition management accessible to every social golf group.
Whether you're running a monthly comp with your work mates, a weekend group of retirees, or an annual grudge match with the in-laws – you deserve proper comp management without the complexity or cost of club systems.
We believe everyone should be able to enjoy the thrill of competition, track their progress, and celebrate (or commiserate) at the nineteenth hole with a leaderboard that actually makes sense.
Proudly Australian
The Nineteenth is designed and built right here in Australia. That means:
- Built for Golf Australia handicaps and the World Handicap System
- Local terminology – it's a comp, not a tournament; mates, not buddies
- Privacy-first – your data stays secure and we don't sell it to anyone
- Support from real people who actually play golf
What We Stand For
Simple
No complicated setups or confusing interfaces. Just create a comp, invite your mates, and you're good to go. We reckon golf is hard enough without making the admin painful too.
Fair
Proper Golf Australia handicaps, automatic handicap adjustments, and transparent scoring. Everyone gets a fair go, from the scratch golfer to the weekend hacker.
Offline-first
We get it – mobile reception on most courses is rubbish. Score your round without signal, and everything syncs up when you're back at the clubhouse.
