Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reset my password?
Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen and enter your email address. You’ll receive a link to reset your password. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Privacy & Data > Delete Account in the app. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days. You can also email support@thenineteenth.golf to request deletion.
Can I use the app offline?
Yes. You can enter scores offline and they will sync automatically when you reconnect to the internet. Competition details you’ve previously viewed are also available offline.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Go to your device’s subscription settings to cancel. You’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@thenineteenth.golf with a description of the issue, what you expected to happen, and any screenshots if possible. Include your device model and operating system version to help us investigate.
